Isabelle Sergerie excels in the art of transforming dispute into opportunities for collaboration. With more than 20 years of experience in negotiation, organizational diagnosis and strategic analysis, she holds a degree in civil, commercial and workplace mediation from the University of Sherbrooke, enriched by expertise in positive psychology, NLP, coaching and non-violent communication.
Her impact can be measured by achievements such as the development of AltimaTelecom to make it attractive for a strategic acquisition by Telus and the successful negotiation of international business licenses. An accredited mediator and author of the book “Être simplement soi: Le coaching au féminin”, Isabelle shares her vision of aligned, authentic leadership.
She is committed to organizations such as CREW M, an organization dedicated to promoting and supporting the success of women in commercial real estate. She is also deeply involved in CIBPA Montréal (Canadian Italian Business and Professional
Association).

Isabelle Sergerie, with over 20 years of experience in negotiation, strategic analysis, and organizational diagnostics, is recognized for her ability to turn organizational challenges into opportunities for collaboration and growth.
She holds a degree from the University of Sherbrooke in Civil, Commercial, and Workplace Mediation. Her expertise has been enriched by a wide range of training programs, including analyst profiling, positive psychology, nonviolent communication (NVC), NLP, executive coaching, and art therapy. She also holds a Certificate of Accreditation in Communication and Documentation, issued by Emploi Québec. Isabelle is a member of IMAQ and an accredited mediator.
Over the past five years, Isabelle has combined her mediation expertise with complex negotiations, notably with the CRTC and real estate stakeholders for a division of Altima Telecom. She is also committed to raising awareness among businesses about the importance of mediation and effective communication. Her preventive and collaborative approach not only helps avoid costly disputes but also promotes proactive conflict resolution.
A dedicated woman, she is an active member of several professional organizations, including CREW M (CREW Network), an organization dedicated to advancing the success of women in commercial real estate. She serves as Director of the Partner Liaison and Coordination Committee. She is also deeply involved in the Canadian Italian Business and Professional Association (CIBPA Montréal).
Among her notable professional achievements, Isabelle played a key role in the development of Altima Telecom, making it attractive for a strategic acquisition by Telus. She also successfully led a complex negotiation to establish a commercial operating license between a South Korean company and a Canadian client.
Author of the book “Être simplement soi: Le coaching au féminin” (Simply Being Yourself: Feminine Coaching), Isabelle shares her vision of aligned and authentic leadership. Her philanthropic commitments have led her to participate in humanitarian missions in Costa Rica and Cuba, supporting at-risk teenagers in Quebec.
